First Dates hopeful Sophie Hall left viewers emotional following last night’s episode.
The Miss England finalist was left scarred for life when former TOWIE star Ferne McCann’s vicious ex-boyfriend threw acid over her outside a nightclub back in 2017.
But, not letting the attack hold her back, Sophie went on to find love during the episode with Bailey.
Opening up to her date, Sophie, 23, spoke about the moment she was sprayed with acid alongside 21 other people, in a powerful confession that left viewers overcome with emotion.
The beauty pageant Queen was out celebrating her pal Lauren Trent’s 22nd birthday and said: “I knew my face was a mess. I could feel it in my hands.

“It was all blistered… I knew I would be scarred for life.”
She went on to say: “It’s not something I’ll be ever able to forget about and it obviously still haunts me but it’s something that I’ve had to adapt to. I should never have had to get used to but it’s something now that will be with me forever.”

Arthur, who fathered Ferne’s daughter, Summer – was convicted of five counts of wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm as well as nine counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm when he was on trial in November 2017.
He was subsequently jailed for 20 years.
Sophie is currently competing for the Miss England title after she secured the Miss Bournemouth title.
