George Michael’s ex-boyfriend Fadi Fawaz 'breaks into dead star’s £5m home'

George Michael ‘s ex-boyfriend Fadi Fawaz reportedly broke into the late star’s home this week.

Fadi Fawaz, who was left out of the Wham! singer’s £97million will and lived at the home for three years after his death, allegedly broke into the £5million home they use to live in together on 11pm on Tuesday, December 22.

According to The Mirror, MET police told the publication: “Police were called at 10:59hrs on Tuesday, 22 December to reports of a man trying to enter a property.

“Officers attended and found a man aged in his 40s inside the property.

“He was asked to leave the scene and complied. He was not arrested.”

It has also been reported by The Sun that a source claims it was Fadi – who called 999 about George’s death four years ago on Christmas Day in 2016.

A source reportedly told the publication: “Fadi was very emotional.

“He somehow managed to get over the security fence before smashing one of the windows and going inside.

“When the police arrived they tried to reason with him but he just kept screaming that it was his place and George wanted him to have it.”

The source also alleged that in the end, authorities “dragged him out” and “sent him packing”.

They also added that it “must be a very difficult and lonely time of year” for Fadi, due to it being the anniversary of his former lover’s death.

It’s also reported heavily that Fadi left the scene as soon as police asked him to.

The source added: “He was asked to leave the scene and complied. He was not arrested.”

George and Fadi first met back in 2009, but it wasn’t until six years later that they would be seen in public together for the first time as they posed for pictures together in 2015.

They have said their romance began shortly after the Wham! star had split from his partner Kenny Goss.

However, following George’s death, Fadi’s relationship with George’s family has become strained.

From breaking windows of the property to admitting in a video seen by Daily Star Online that he took pictures of George’s dead body, the relationship has ceased with the family.

In February 2017, the emotional 999 call made by Fadi to the police upon finding the music icon passed away was leaked online.

In it, he said he had tried to resuscitate George for an hour before making the call and asking for professional help.

Fadi could be heard telling authorities how the superstar was “cold and blue”.

In January this year Daily Star Online also revealed how Fadi had branded his relationship with George “a big mistake”.
