James Jordan has said his dad has gone ‘downhill’ after suffering another stroke last Friday.
The update came after James begged hospital staff for update after his dad.
The former Strictly Come Dancing star took to his Twitter account to ask hospital staff at Maidstone Hospital for an update on his father.
Witnessed by his followers, he wrote: “NEED SOME HELP! Unfortunately my dad suffered another stroke and was emitted to MAIDSTONE HOSPITAL on Friday.
“I am aware the staff are very busy and consultants don’t work weekends but could someone please call my mum with an update because she is going out of her mind.”
He added: “My dad is unable to communicate or understand anything so can’t call us himself and my mum has been trying to talk to a doctor since Friday.

“I now worry for my mum’s mental health and the rest of my family are struggling with anxiety including myself. Please call us.”
Continuing, James added: “I understand this is very difficult times for everyone and that the NHS are doing a brilliant job.
“However, because family can’t be with their loved ones in hospital they should be giving regular updates to families who are struggling at home with insane worry and anxiety. Please.”

Fans were quick to give James their support, as one wrote: “My heart goes out to you all James I hope you hear some news soon and hope your dad will be ok.”
Another added: “I’m so sorry ! I hope you manage to speak to someone for your mum. Everyone is busy but your dad is just as important.”

A third continued: “Oh James what a time you’ve had. Its hard enough with a new baby never mind all of this. What a shame I am thinking of you.”
Half an hour later, James gave fans an update as he said his dad has gone “downhill”.
He added: “They have now called. Unfortunately my dad has gone downhill possibly because no testing is done over the weekend.
“Hopefully sending him for a scan today to see what’s going on. Please say another prayer for my dad as it seemed to work last time. I hope you are all safe.”
James has documented his dad’s heartbreaking health battle recently after his father suffered from coronavirus and two strokes previously.
He took to Twitter to tell fans his dad had been discharged from hospital just last month as he got the all-clear from Covid-19.
James wrote online at time time: “Finally some good news for my family. Last night my dad was sent home as the doctors feel he will recover quicker.
“He was in hospital for nearly one month and he wanted to say a massive thank you to Kayleigh, Ali, Isabelle and Jack who went above and beyond their job.”
