Jemma Lucy has taken to her Instagram account to let her fans into one of her secret talents, pole dancing.

The 32-year-old Ex on the Beach and Celebrity Big Brother star took to her Instagram account to let her fans into the secret.

Sharing a snap of her posing against a strip pole, Jemma uploaded it to delight her 709,000 followers.

The snap, which has gained 13,000 likes in hours, shows the bombshell doing the splits as she grinds against the strip pole with one leg on the floor and the other pointing towards the ceiling.

Flaunting how flexible she is, Jemma could be seen looking up.

Stretching her leg out so her toes were pointing upwards as well, the minx took her other leg off the floor and posed for the photo.

Hovering in the air while using her upper body strength to hold her weight up off the ground, Jemma made it look effortless.

Showing off her toned body and curves, the minx opted to wear her underwear for the snap.

Donning what appeared to be a sports bra she wore it with some matching high-waisted knickers.

She wore her long black locks tied back into a ponytail to keep the hair off her face as she danced.
