Kanye West’ s emotionally-charged anti-abortion rant on Sunday hasn’t gone down well with his wife Kim Kardashian and her family, who are reportedly “shocked beyond words”.
At the event in South Carolina, the rapper discussed a number of topics and opened up about his Kim’s first pregnancy with their daughter North.
According to USA Today, West told the audience at the rally: “The maximum increase would be everybody that has a baby gets a million dollars or something in that range.”
During a speech about his own brood, the 43-year-old began crying as he said that his father has wanted his mother to have an abortion, and admitted he thought about an abortion when his wife was pregnant with their daughter North, who is now 7.

“I almost killed my daughter. So even if my wife were to divorce me after this speech, she brought North into the world, even when I didn’t want to,” he added. “She stood up, and she protected that child.”
Afterwards, he blurted out that Kim might divorce him for saying that, but even if she does, he’d thank her for giving birth to North.
Now sources have told US publication TMZ that the Kardashians have taken aback by Kanye spilling the highly private remark.
They told the website that Kim’s family were “shocked beyond words”, adding that those around Kanye think he is “in desperate need of professional help and is in the middle of a serious bipolar episode.”

Last month, Kanye announced he was running in the 2020 election and weeks later he said he is running under what he’s called the “Birthday Party.”
Kanye’s first presidential rally spark a great deal of controversy after claiming Harriet Tubman did not free slaves.
And TMZ reportedly that friends and family are fearing these allegations are likely to “trigger boycotts”.

While many have believed he’s not serious about his White House dreams, the Jesus Walks hitmaker filed documents with the Federal Election Commission, and he’s also filed docs to get on the ballot in Oklahoma.
He tweeted Saturday, “Hi guys please sign up to put me on the ballot in South Carolina at any of these locations.”
He went on to list various places, in addition to his 2020 website.
