Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are reportedly wrapped up in a legal war with OnlyFans star Kimberly Alexander.
The pairs’ lawyer Marty Singer sent her a cease and desist order on Wednesday, May 13, after the raunchy star who refers to herself as a “published model” claimed Tristan is the father of her son.
According to E!, Khloe and Tristan’s lawyer confirmed that Tristan has now taken a paternity test to see if he is the father of Kimberly’s kid and the results came back negative.
However, following the news, Kimberly has alleged that the paternity lab results were falsified.
The OnlyFans star, who charges her fans a subscription price of $20 a month, or one year for $156, has broken her silence by saying she needs money for “legal troubles”.

Talking to her 71.3K followers, Kimberly took to her official Instagram stories with her money woes.
She wrote: “My OnlyFans link will be back up soon. Will need money for legal troubles,” followed by the watchful-eye emoji.
It comes after Kimberly requested the basketball player, who plays for NBA, take a second paternity test, which Tristan’s lawyer Marty said he agreed to do, as long as it was done at an AABB-accredited lab.

Despite the results coming back negative, Kimberly has since alleged that the lab falsified the DNA test and that Tristan “neglected” her son.
Kimberly wrote in one caption on a recent post: “I am extremely upset with LB genetic DNA testing with the fact that they are trying to sabotage a DNA test with Tristian Thompson regarding my son that he has been neglecting since birth I know for sure that Tristan Thompson is the father of my child.”
The cease and desist letter was sent to Kimberly on Wednesday, just one day after Gossip of the City published copies of the alleged paperwork from the facility LB Genetics, which specialises in paternity tests and other DNA testing services.

In the legal letter from Khloe and Tristan, the X-rated glamour model is requested to “immediately stop defaming them and malicious defamatory lies and specious fabrications”.
According to E! the letter reads: “It is defamatory per se to falsely assert that someone is a deadbeat dad who allegedly does not support his children and to falsely accuse my clients of faking paternity test results.
“It has been proven that Mr. Thompson is not the father of your child and we demand that you stop claiming that he is, and that he and Ms. Kardashian somehow falsified the paternity test results.”
Kimberly also responded, taking to her Instagram stories she wrote: “Lies????? Where is the lie?? My truth will be heard #Eonline.”
The letter continued: “It is obvious that the reason you are spreading these lies about my clients is because you want your 15 minutes of fame. My clients will not tolerate your despicable conduct.
“After it was indisputably established by a paternity test performed by one of the most reputable labs that Mr. Thompson is not your child’s father, we thought that would be the end of this.”
