Lewis Capaldi is currently on the lookout for love after splitting from girlfriend Catherine, seven months after the pair started dating.
The Scottish singing sensation split from Catherine, 21, after their romance was tested through the coronavirus lockdown period.
Lewis, 23, and Catherine had been isolating at their family homes in Scotland but have since decided to draw a line under their romance.
The pair are said to have been introduced by a mutual friend before enjoying a date at a local Prezzo in West Lothian, Scotland before the lockdown period was introduced.

Despite keeping in contact during the lockdown, the ex-lovers realised it wasn’t the time to settle down.
Speaking to The Sun, a source said: “Lewis has no hard feelings towards Catherine and they’re still amicable but they decided it was best to call it a day.
“He’s at the beginning of his career, with a lot of opportunity at his fingertips, so it’s not the right time to settle down.”

They went on to say: “He wishes Catherine all the best and has fond memories of their dates together.”
However, it appears Lewis is already looking for love after The Sun claimed he has signed up for the exclusive dating app, Raya, which has welcomed a long list of celebrities.
Despite their split, Lewis has reportedly penned a track on his forthcoming second studio album dedicated to Catherine.

Earlier this year, an insider said: “He’s smitten with Catherine and although it’s early days she has a nod on one of the tracks he has written.
“Lewis mentions her hair and it’s really quite special. She’s made him realise how to be happy again.”
Meanwhile, Lewis has been taking advantage of ex-girlfriend Paige Turley’s new-found fame after appearing on Love Island.
It’s said that during an exclusive gig at Shoreditch House, Lewis changed the lyrics of one of his songs to reference Paige deciding to go on Love Island.
Daily Star Online has approached Lewis’ reps for comment.
