With the UK enjoying sun-drenched days, the 45-year-old decided to enjoy the gentle breeze on two wheels and headed out onto the country roads.

She finished her activewear ensemble with a pair of dainty gold necklaces.
Louise, who was married to former footballer Jamie Redknapp for 19 years until 2017, is currently isolating at home with their two sons Charley, 15, and Beau, 11.
She has opened up about life in lockdown, admitting she has been feeling “lonely” and is worried about her work as the pandemic continues to cripple the UK.

She began: “I think it feels like it’s being going on for a long time now and I think the longer it goes on the more we panic about jobs and for me it can be quite lonely.
“I’m here and it’s great with the kids but I’m used to going out working and being creative, so it’s tough.’
When asked is she’s dating anyone at the moment, she pulled her dog in for a kiss, and said: “No I’m not dating. No one seems to want me. I’m happy – this is my new boyfriend.”
