Love Island's Demi and Luke M share intimate bedroom snap despite 'split' claims

Love Island finalists Luke Mabbott and Demi Jones have shrugged off rumours they’ll be the first couple to split by sharing a intimate bedroom selfie.

The 2020 islanders found each other during the first winter series of the ITV2 dating show.

The pair recently enjoyed a night away at the Park Plaza hotel in London and the lovebirds couldn’t help but share a cosy snap with their fans.

In the adorable snap shared by Demi on Instagram, a topless Luke M cuddles up to his love interest as she takes a selfie of the pair cuddling in bed.

Unsurprisingly, fans of the couple rushed to the comments section to gush over the dynamic duo’s latest snap.

A third said: “We are rooting for you.”

A fourth wrote: “They deserve all the happiness in the world.”

Luke and Demi’s snap comes after co-star Callum Jones predicted that they’d be the first couple to potentially split after leaving the South African villa.

The Manchester-born scaffolder, who found love with Molly Smith on the show, named the happy couple as the pair most likely to split first simply because they live so far apart.

Demi lives in Portsmouth with Justin Bieber lookalike Luke currently resides in Redcar.

“I would say Luke and Demi, but just because of distance,” Callum explained to I Saw It First.

Paige Turley and Finn Tapp were named the winners of the latest series of Love Island with Siannie Fudge and Luke Trotman named as runners-up.

The dating show is set to return back to Majorca in the summer, with the latest series being filmed in Cape Town.

Laura Whitmore is expected to return as host alongside boyfriend Iain Stirling, who has been the show’s voiceover since 2015.
