Naomi Campbell seems to be worried about the current threat of coronavirus and took to Instagram to let her followers know that she is taking precautionary measures.
The supermodel, 49, shared a video to her YouTube channel in July 2019 titled Naomi Campbell’s Airport Routine | Come Fly With Me.
In the clip, the South London born beauty opened up about how she goes about the airport when she flies and her preparations before take-off.
Despite aircrafts having a deep-clean after every flight, Naomi comes prepared with her own cleaning kit to ensure she doesn’t get ill while jetting across the globe.
Boarding the Qatar Airways Airbus A350, Naomi proceeds to empty her “flight kit” which includes face masks, gloves and of course, Dettol.
Donning a pair of latex gloves, Naomi warned fans to: “clean everything you touch” and she wasn’t holding back, adding: “anything you can possibly touch” and no stone was left unturned.
The star scrubbed every inch of the cabin surrounding her first-class suite including the television remote, overhead locker, cabin wall and window as well as her seatbelt.
Speaking to the camera, the star who shot to fame aged 15 said: “This is what I do on every plane I get on,
“I do not care what people think of me, it’s my health and it makes me feel better.”
Jokingly, a lucky passenger said to Campbell: “Do you want to do my seat next?” which saw the philanthropist reply: “I don’t do it for you but I will share it [cleaning kit] with you.”
The star also spoke about her custom seat covers for aircraft beds, which are changed every week after being hand-washed at each hotel she visits.
Not only does the supermodel clean her seat and surrounding areas, but she also went on to say: “as the plane descends, people start coughing and sneezing and the coughing and sneezing makes me, I just can’t,
“This is my protection from people coughing and sneezing” as she puts on a nose and mouth mask.
