Piers Morgan will be replaced on Good Morning Britain by Sean Fletcher in August as he takes his annual time off over the summer.
Sean, 46, will replace Piers, 55, in August despite their previous on-air clashes.
The replacement host first joined Good Morning Britain in 2014 as a sports newsreader and has been a regular contributor ever since.
However Sean and Piers have had a few public spats on television which have left Piers looking fuming.
Back in 2017, Sean suggested that Susanna Reid would know a lot about snakes as she works with one every day.
Piers did not look happy about the random insult, especially considering Sean is usually very polite and friendly.

And despite Piers being one of the top dogs on the morning show, it seems he has little control of who appears on the show.
That’s because Sean regularly stands in for Charlotte Hawkins presenting the news.
On Thursday morning’s episode Sean spoke to guest presenters Adil Ray and Ranvir Singh all about his new documentary.
But the hot topic was his Good Morning Britain presenting run.

Adil asked Sean: “Aren’t you coming back here for a stint in August?”
He said: “I think so, am I working alongside you Ranvir? I’m not sure, in August.”
But it appears Ranvir may not be too fond of the idea, as she quipped: “I am going to try to avoid that, I’ve asked the people that organise the rotas.
“I mean I like you, but not that much.”
Adil went on to explain: “It wasn’t clear there, but I believe Sean is going to be main hosting as well. That’s brilliant.”
Sean is no stranger to television though as he has also hosted Countryfile and Rebound, as well as Sunday Morning Live.
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV
