Boxing legend Ricky Hatton has shown off his impressive weight loss during an appearance on Good Morning Britain.
The sportsman told Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid he has shaded a stone during the past few months in lockdown.

“It does give you a lot of time to reflect.”
The sporting champ continued: “I have bee able to see my girls who are 8 and 7 a couple of times a week so I’ve not been on my own so to speak but the exercise and the training has helped me get through it.”
Earlier this month, Ricky took to social media to admit he was feeling down after a loss of a family member.
Within to minuets Tyson Fury called him to check he was ok.
Ricky continued: “That is what you need, good friends… Tyson is certainly one of them.”
Alongside Ricky was footballer Andy Cole.
When asked by Piers Morgan if he thinks that the Premiere league should return soon – all be it behind closed doors.
Andy replied: “We have to look at welfare and health first.
“Forget the financial rewards of it.
“We have seen enough people died from this already before restarting the football season once more.
