Stacey Solomon was left in a fit of giggles when she realised she’d enjoyed a date at Toby Carvery with an awkward wardrobe malfunction the whole time.
The 30-year-old TV presenter was so keen for the Sunday roast with boyfriend Joe Swash, 38, and their one-year-old son Rex, that she didn’t get dressed properly.
She shared her excitement in an Instagram video with her fans where she showed off a powder blue halterneck dress.
Twirling in the mirror, she adds in the caption: “The weather is miserable and it doesn’t look like it’s going to change… but we are going for a roast so perfect excuse to put the dress on I’ve wanted to wear all week.”

On the way there, she adds that Joe is making her laugh by teasing her.
Speaking into the camera, she says: “Joe’s like, ‘I love your enthusiasm bubs but we’re only going to Toby Carvery.'”
Many of Stacey’s fans were smitten with the pretty dress and it was only by reading their comments that she realised her embarrassing blunder – it was on backwards.

In stitches, Stacey later admitted on Instagram: “We are home sweet home and, I was reading through your messages, and so many of you were asking where my dress is from.
“So I thought I’d just get a link to it and put it on here – only to realise I’ve got it on backwards.
“It doesn’t even look the same!”
But maybe Stacey is onto something because the way she wore the dress showed off a beautiful silver pendant that complimented the outfit beautifully.
This comes after Stacey shut her boyfriend Joe down on Celebrity Gogglebox when he took a swipe at Take That’s Gary Barlow.
Hilariously, Joe had to sleep in the shed recently when he locked himself out of the house by accident.
Stacey and the kids were fast asleep, so poor Joe had to wait until the morning while he resorted to drinking water out of the hosepipe.
