The Chase fans were gobsmacked when one of the contestants on the ITV show boasted an uncanny resemblance to Natasha Hamilton from the nineties girlband Atomic Kitten.
Hollie, from York, who is a full-time mum and a former pub owner, had auburn hair and a similar skin tone to the singer from the iconic girlband.
Hollie had a strong round in the cash builder and managed bank £7,000, before she faced The Beast.
Viewers of the show flocked to Twitter the air their views about Hollie’s striking resemblance to the songstress.
One fan said: “She look’s like that Tasha from one of the girl bands… one with Kerry Katona in it.”
While another continued: “Hollie looks like the one from Atomic Kitten.”
A third chimed: “Unlucky Hollie, there could always be an Atomic Kitten reunion on the cards.”
A fourth exclaimed: “Gutted for Hollie she did so well in the cash builder.”
Despite Hollie’s strong performance in the cash builder she was caught by The Beast, who’s real name is Mark Labbett, in a really intense round, and didn’t make it back to join her team mates.
Lynn the contestant before Hollie made life a tad easier as she managed to defeat The Beast and secure £35,000 for the team.
The next team member Ian accepted minus £5,000 and made it home safe to join Lynn for a share of the £30,000 prize fund.
Ian and Lynn made quite the duo as they faced the final chase and managed to answer 16 questions right between them.
They even managed to answer five pushback questions correctly, leaving The Beast short of time in trying to catch them.
In the nail biting episode it went right to the final second with Th Beast being defeated by Ian and Lynn, taking home £15,000 prize fund each.
The Beast was angry at their win and stormed off punching the studio wall as he marched off fuming with the result.
