Ant McPartlin is engaged to be married to his girlfriend Anne-Marie Corbett, having proposed on Christmas Eve.
The 45-year-old I’m A Celebrity star got on bended knee in their shared home on the night before Christmas, asking Anne-Marie for her hand in marriage.
When contacted by Daily Star, Ant’s representative confirmed: “Ant and Amzie are delighted to announce their engagement.
“The proposal took place on Christmas Eve at home in a very romantic setting.”
Ant and Anne-Marie’s engagement comes less than one year after the Saturday Night Takeaway star finalised his divorce from ex-wife Lisa Armstrong.

The former couple separated in January of 2018, and continue to co-parent their pet labrador dog Hurley.
Living together in their swish London home, Ant and Anne-Marie moved in together last year, but prefer to keep the details of their relationship out of the spotlight.
The Geordie star popped the question with a ring he had designed himself, The Sun reports.
A source told the publication: “Both Amzie and Ant adore Christmas, and get really into it every year, so Ant decided to pop the question on Christmas Eve.

“He’s a traditionalist, so got down on one knee after first checking with Anne Marie’s family that he had their blessing. It was super-romantic, and obviously Anne-Marie said ‘yes’ straight away.”
The publication claims the couple are looking to 2022 to host their wedding ceremony.
During the most recent season of I’m A Celeb, which wrapped filming last December, Ant briefly shed a light on his relationship with Anne-Marie.
When Stylist asked who his “greatest love” was, Ant replied: “My family, my partner, her girls, our dogs… and Newcastle United.”

The sweethearts first met when Anne-Marie, who has children from her previous marriage, was hired as Ant’s personal assistant.
Ant has yet to publicly speak out on their engagement, but did take to his personal Twitter account with best pal Declan Donnelly to share a heartfelt New Year’s message.
It read: “Happy New Year. Here’s to a better and brighter 2021 for us all.”
