Superbrain and maths wizard Carol Vorderman squeezed her toned figure into a skin-tight wetsuit while out on an adventure paddleboarding.
The star loves sharing stories of her activities with her army of fans and followers.
The former Countdown queen was out early on Tuesday morning in Wales with friends for a spot of paddleboarding on the coast.
Having never tried the popular activity Carol was raring to take on the challenge and it appears she thoroughly enjoyed herself, admitting she was “absolutely hooked”.
Carol described her experience as “living the dream” in the “most perfect piece of paradise”.
The 60-year-old mum-of-two shared a series of snaps from the morning and she looked sensational in her skin-tight black wetsuit.

Modelling a set of dark shades the beauty showed off her envious curves and toned athletic body while getting to grips with balancing on the paddleboard.
Beaming ear to ear, Carol was clearly enjoying herself and appeared to be a natural with her seemingly motoring away from her slower friends.
The scenery was stunning and the sun thankfully shone brightly for her morning adventure on the dazzling Welsh coast.

In Carol’s post on Instagram, she wrote: “Living the dream…..first time paddleboarding today. Absolutely hooked now.
“We kicked off at 7am… high tide the harbour #Wales #Warm #WithMyMates… went around the headland…. just the most perfect piece of paradise.
“Stopped on a desolate beach and back hours later for breakfast. So be warned when you come and stay, I’ve bought TWO blow up boards from @fatstickboards and you’re coming with me.”

In a separate Instagram post a few days ago Carol shared some stunning selfies in a full-length mirror.
In the snap, the former Countdown presenter wore some skinny black jeans with a big belt, teamed with a long-sleeved white top that had a zip going down the centre, which she had unzipped slightly.
She teamed the look with some above-the-knee boots that elevated the look.
Her outfit accentuated her stunning hourglass figure as it cinched in her waist and showed off her curvaceous hips.
