EastEnders youngster Raymond found himself in danger during the latest edition of the BBC One soap after his dad Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) kidnapped him.
Sharon Watts (Letita Dean) knew her ex Phil was up to something and she later discovered that he wanted to run away from Walford and take little Raymond with him.
The Walford hardman had recently learned that Raymond’s mum Denise Fox (Diane Parish) had grassed him up to the police and he wanted to leave as soon as possible.
Earlier this week, Phil was left frustrated as Denise Fox (Diane Parish) told him that he couldn’t see their son until the new year.
Jack Branning (Scott Malsen) later told his new wife Denise that police will make their move on Phil soon.
Kat Moon (Jessie Wallace) arrived to ask for a favour and Denise agreed to let Phil see Raymond, leaving Jack shocked.
Phil was delighted to be spending with Raymond, but things took a turn as the little boy told Kat that Jack said his dad is going to jail for a long time.
Kat was left flustered and demanded that Phil took her on holiday to get him away from Albert Square.
However, her plan was interrupted by Sharon who invited the pair to the Albert for a drink.
Sharon later realised that Kat was hiding something and demanded answers.
Kat later revealed that Denise has grassed Phil to the police and that they were on their way.
Denise was left worried about Phil retaliating and quickly realised her son had disappeared.
Sharon spotted that Raymond was withPhil and she told he ex the best thing for him to do with leave Walford.
Denise Jack, Kat and Sharon all watched on as Phil went to let Raymond out of his car.
However, he swiftly changed his mind and sped off with his son in tow.
