Inbetweeners actress Emily Atack must find herself in really good company at family events, as it was recently revealed there’s yet another celeb in her already famous clan.
Molly Robbins, daughter of Liverpudlian TV veteran Ted Robbins, is one of the stars on hit Netflix series Extreme Cake Makers.
The 27-year-old has also made an appearance on quiz fave Pointless.
A pal of biscuit guru Paul Hollywood , who has mentored Molly in the past, she landed the gig on Extreme Cake Makers back in 2018.
The show follows a group of skilled sugarcraft specialists from every corner of the UK as they whip up increasingly fancy cakes.
And the sweet treats this skilled lot pull produce are nothing short of edible masterpieces, making the Great British Bake Off showstoppers look like supermarket doughnuts.
Of course, Molly was a dab hand with a wooden spoon and mixing bowl before earning her spot on the show, and even runs her own company, Creative Cakes.
Fans of the Netflix series have seen the English baking whizz put together some of the finest cakes this country has seen.
She loves a bit of trickery, designing cakes to look not like the sugary delights they are but savoury dishes such as burgers, pizzas and steak pies.
Speaking to the Sun, the TV baker said: “I like doing cakes that are more outside of the box and quirky because they’re just more interesting, and hopefully it makes me stand out from other companies too”.
“I like to make them as realistic as possible which can take hours on end, I like to use different textures of icing and I airbrush most of the cakes to give them an extra realistic look”, added the would-be Mary Berry.
Molly has racked up several awards since starting to enter her tasty creations in competitions, and she plans to get some more under her belt too.
But she, cousin Emily and dad Ted aren’t the only talented trio in the clan, with other celebs also among their ranks.
The others include Eastenders actress Kate Robbins, Emily’s mum and Molly’s aunt, and a super famous second cousin – Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney!
