Former Sugababe star Jade Ewen has left her singing career behind as she stripped down for her latest acting role as Mariah Carey.
The 33-year-old ditched the clothes for her latest steamy sex scene as the iconic songstress in the third and final series of the hit Netflix show Luis Miguel.
Mariah and Luis shared a romantic relationship together from 1999 before they called it quits just two years later in 2001.
But it is clear the couple had a passionate relationship as is depicted in the dramatisation as the couple are seen enjoying a private moment in bed together.
Jade had previously opened up about her excitement to take on such an iconic role – which she believed she was born to play.
She told Hello! Magazine at the time: “In hindsight, I really feel like my life experiences were in preparation for this role.
“When I really got into the research, I realised she’s a mixed race woman and she came from very humble beginnings and had a very difficult early life, similar to myself.
“I even sang My All at a show and tell at school, so to be asked to sing a verse of that for my audition … I just really feel like everything’s kind of lead up to this moment.”
Jade first found fame when she represented Britain at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2009 where she sang Andrew Lloyd Webber’s hit It’s My Time.
The remarkable performance landed her in fifth place, one of the highest positions Britain has come on the leaderboard in years, and made her the most successful contestant in recent history.
Months later, the singer joined the band Sugababes and became their sixth and final member of the group after Keisha Buchanan left the band earlier that year.
Since her girl band stardom, the blonde bombshell has gone on to star in a number of TV roles, including a Hollywood movie, as well singing her heart out on the West End stage.
