Kimberly Wyatt has admitted she can’t believe how big her leg muscles are getting as she prepares for Dancing On Ice.
The Pussycat Doll, 39, has been a dancer for years so is always in pretty good shape.
But it seems she is taking no chances as she gets ready for the upcoming series of the ice-skating show.
The blonde bombshell has shared a couple of videos on Instagram showing just how flexible she is.
Both show her on the floor and working through a series of exercises that see her pulling off some incredible stretches while wearing a white jumper with black writing and figure-hugging black leggings.
“Don’t mind me…” the mum-of-three captioned the first clip as she lifted her leg to near her head while lying on the ground.
However, in the second video Kimberly was apparently distracted by her rather impressive muscle development.
“How big are my calves?!” she wrote, adding the hashtag “#iceskating”.
Kimberly will be joining the likes of Coronation Street’s Sally Dynevor, Happy Mondays’ Bez and Love Island’s Liberty Poole in the Dancing On Ice line-up.
The singer was confirmed for the competition a month ago and has previously confessed to battling the butterflies as she hit the rink for the first time.
“I was filled with nerves my first day on the ice,” she wrote on Instagram.
“Just pushing through them and finding moments to have fun along the way.”
The star will be paired with pro Mark Hanretty and has said she “couldn’t be happier” about it.
“In the short amount of time we spent on the ice today I feel so excited about what we can hope to achieve as partners!!!” she told fans last week.
“BUT….. I have a lot to learn and training is about to get even tougher!!!”
