She also wrote how the chaos from 2020 “certainly made me assess my priorities, values and how I want to move forward with my life”.
Saira wrote: “So I start this new year by saying goodbye to Loose Women.
“After five years of being a regular panellist, I’ve decided to give up my seat to another woman who will benefit from the platform as I did.”
She wrote that while it was a “difficult decision” she wants to focus on other things.

Saira wrote how she wants to put more time into her skincare business, Saira Skin, “pursuing other media projects” and developing her “love for wellness”.
On leaving the show, she continued: “I feel like I’m graduating from the University of Loose, but I’ve got my diploma now and I’m off to pursue degrees in other life experiences.
“It was a difficult decision, but when you feel there is nothing left to share on a show that is all about sharing, it’s time to bow out.”
Saira continued: “I think I’ve shown everyone I’m an opinionated, strong woman, but now I want to focus on pursuing other media projects, running my skincare business, Saira Skin, and developing my love for wellness.”
The star was a contestant on the first series of The Apprentice in 2005, in which she finished as the runner-up.
From 2012 to 2017, she co-presented The Martin Lewis Money Show, and in 2015, she presented the ITV series Guess This House.
