This Morning host Phillip Schofield has been training hard during the latest national lockdown.
The 58-year-old took to Instagram to show off his “tiny guns”.
Fans were permitted a glimpse of Phillip’s impressive body transformation, with the caption: “Well if there’s an upside to lockdown three… My training has given me tiny guns.”
A set of dumbbells were visible in the corner of the shot, in case it was in doubt how hard he’s been working.
The silver fox has definitely been making the most of his free time since the cancellation of last weekend’s live Dancing On Ice.
The “cursed” show has been hit hard by Covid cases, with the final brought forward a week.

The final will now take place on March 14, instead of March 21 as originally planned.
Five celebs have so far pulled out of the show, including Neighbours actor Jason Donovan, who was suffering from back pain.
He said he was “gutted” by his decision.
ITV wished him a “speedy recovery” from the injury, adding: “Our thanks go to Jason and his partner Alex for being so wonderful and committed to the series. We’re sorry to see them leave.”

Emmerdale’s Joe-Warren Plant tested positive for Covid-19 and also had to withdraw from the show.
The 18-year-old said he “loved every minute” and was “disappointed” to be leaving early.
And it isn’t only the celebrities who have been affected.
Professional skater Hamish Gaman, partner to Corrie’s Faye Brookes, dropped out after injuring his finger while putting on a sock.
The professional was replaced by fellow skater Matt Evers, who is now partnering Faye.
It’s taken the soap star a while to adapt, though, as she said: “We’ve had 11 hours together to get ready.”
Her new partner Evers added: “We are still standing, the morale here is still high.”
Phillip joked with co-host Holly Willoughby about the show’s precarious schedule, asking on This Morning: “Are we on this weekend?”
Holly replied: “I think we might be… at the moment.”
Phillip remarked: “As we’ve come to learn with this year’s series of Dancing On Ice, we have to take each day as it comes!”
