The Chase Vixen's mask drops as she unveils softer side in sweet exchange

The Chase r egular The Vixen showed her softer side during Wednesday’s show after helpful Andrew was forced to take her on all on his own in the final round.

The Vixen, whose real name is Jenny Ryan, admitted she felt for the quiz hopeful after he was the only contestant left to play in the final chase.

Despite his best efforts Andrew only managed to correctly bank 11 answers putting the chances of The Vixen catching him extremely high.

Sadly, despite incorrectly answering a couple of questions wrong herself, The Vixen managed to catch Andrew in just under a minute meaning he lost the £7,000 prize fund.

Speaking after the game had wrapped up, the quiz-ace said: “”Andrew if you had had a full team it would have put pressure on me.

“It meant I could relax so blame the other guys.

“It is tough on your own as you have to build up steam and you had to keep it up.

“If your team mates were there and hadn’t got caught that given you a breather.”

Meanwhile, host Bradley Walsh added: “Andrew, caught in 59 seconds.

“That doesn’t happened that often and it shows how good they [the chasers] are and how tough is on your own.”

Disagreeing that it was simply down to Andrew being on his own, Bradley went on to praise The Vixen.

“I don’t think the teammates let him down. I think you were on form,” he continued.

The Chase viewers quickly took to Twitter to gossip about the show – with most of them agreeing and feeling for Andrew being left to battle it out solo.
