Katie Price has slashed her OnlyFans joining fee by a third in an effort to boost subscribers and earn more cash.
The former pin-up model has cut her £11-a-month fee for her content on the adult-only platform, promising her subscribers “lots of good shoots, lots of good content” as she struggles with her long-running financial woes.
At one point in her career, Price was considered a shrewd businesswoman with a fortune of £45million.
However, after trying her hand at various business, what’s left is a trail of failed ventures and some serious money problems – she’s currently facing court again over unpaid debts of £3.2million.
Here’s a look back at the businesses she launched and subsequently shut down over the years.
Pricey Media Limited
One of her longer running business, Pricey Media Limited was an independent production company created in 2009. However, a a special resolution for a voluntary winding up of the company was made in 2013.
The company, where Katie was the largest owner with 460 of 1,000 shares, was in liquidation before eventually dissolving in February 2018, alongside her parent company at the time Marvellous Creative Group Limited.
Marvellous Creative Group Limited
Created in 2011, Marvellous Creative Group, the parent company of Pricey Media, gave Katie some success with her position as director.
It went into voluntary liquidation and later dissolved at the same time as Pricey in February 2018.
Jordan Trading Limited
Named after Price’s Page 3 alter-ego, Jordan Trading Limited was set up in 2003 and liquidated in 2017.
At the time of winding up, the business is thought to have owed taxes of nearly £200,000 as well as over £20,000 to various lawyers and accountants.
In 2019 she signed an individual voluntary arrangement (IVA) to pay back £12,000 a month from what she owed to creditors.
Her agent stated at the time: “Katie is winding up Jordan Trading as she is no longer using this vehicle for running her businesses. All debtors are being paid and Katie is now running her affairs through another entity.”
And also in 2017, her company KDC Trading reportedly had only £9,000 in its coffers.
Kudos Accountancy Ltd
Set up in 2010, Kudos Accountancy was shut down only three years later. One set of accounts for the company showed that for 2010-11, it owed £375.
Documents filed to Companies House also showed there was just an £8 profit at one point, and this company was dissolved in 2013.
Katie Price Home Ltd
Set up in 2015, Katie held 49 of 100 shares at Katie Price Home Ltd, which never really had much business activity.
Two years after it was created, the business was dissolved without declaring any accounts.
KP Boutique and KP Bling
Katie’s loungewear clothing company KP Boutique was launched in 2016 but reported to find any success, reportedly having only just £13 in its accounts at one point.
Her jewellery company KP Bling was shut down even before the loungewear company.
Music and reality TV career
In 2017, Katie also attempted to relaunch her pop career but this was short-lived after comeback single I Got U and 2019 single Hurricane both failed to chart.
Katie also cancelled all remaining dates of her live tour in 2018, after reports of poor ticket sales, though she told OK! it was because of other work commitments.
Her reality TV appearances have been the most lucrative parts of Katie’s career, from earning around £30,000 per episode for reality TV series My Crazy Life to raking in £400,000 in 2015 for a brief stint on Celebrity Big Brother.
She also appeared in TV film Sharknado 5 and used to be a regular part of ITV’s Loose Women, though she lost her spot on the panel some years ago.
