Toxicology tests apparently revealed that levels of the drug quetiapine – which can be used to treat conditions like depression and bipolar – were present.

A full inquest is set to take place at a later date but cardiac failure has been listed as a provisional cause of death.

Jasmine – who was known as Jazz – opened up about her life in the BBC Three documentary series Small Teen Big World in 2010 and went on to appear in Small Teen Bigger World.

Jazz was engaged and her fiance Lewis Burke penned a moving tribute after she passed away, saying that he was “devastated” and that she had changed his life.

“She is the most incredible human that ever walked this planet, she is the strongest, funniest, most kindest and purely decent person I’ve ever known,” he wrote on their Facebook blog.
