Christine McGuinness has said she “followed her heart” after taking off on a holiday without her husband Paddy McGuinness
The model, 34, landed back in the UK from a sunny holiday in Croatia with a group of friends, saying she felt “blessed” to have made “memories for life” in a social media post.
Posting a gallery of holiday snaps, the star wrote: “I followed my heart and it led me to Croatia” with a heart emoji.

“Memories for life, I’m feeling very lucky, so blessed. I’ve laughed sooo much, relaxed and switched off like never before!
“I definitely won’t be leaving it another 3 years before I catch my next flight #GirlsTrip #WhereToNext #HomeTime #Croatia #Split #Krka.”
It seemed like Christine enjoyed her time away, with the snaps including a relaxing time in the pool in a bikini, a group shot of her crew dining out and your standard airport pic – with Christine posing in front of the plane on the runway.
Earlier this year, Christine was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The condition, known as ADHD, causes people to be restless and impulsive and it is estimated one in 25 Brit adults have it.
Christine sees her diagnosis as liberating as it helps her understand some of her characteristics.
She said at the time: “I’ve now been diagnosed with ADHD, autism and dyspraxia.
“Knowledge is key. If you know the situation, you’re able to deal with it. So getting a diagnosis has really opened up my life.
“It’s given me so much more opportunity to understand why I was the way I was.”
The pair share three autistic children – twins Leo and Penelope, eight, as well as youngest child Felicity, six.
Christine previously explained that she hasn’t been able to relax on holiday since her kids were born.
However, the model has managed to overcome her fears and branched out in recent years.
