EastEnders favourite Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) is left devastated when her mum Jean (Gillian Wright) disowns her in upcoming scenes.
Stacey is concerned as Jean reveals she is planning a surprise for the children and puts pressure on her to tell little Arthur the truth about his dad Kush’s death.
Jean later blocks the whole market by purchasing a bouncy castle for all the kids, leaving Martin Fowler (James Bye) concerned.
Stacey is mortified when she sees Jean on the bouncy castle and when Jean accidentally hurts Arthur and embarrasses herself, Stacey attempts to get her off.
Harvey Monroe (Ross Boatman) arrives and joins his love interest Jean on the bouncy castle, infuriating Stacey that he doesn’t truly understand Jean’s condition.
Stacey goes to desperate lengths to try and help her mum banning her from being alone with the children until she sees a doctor.
After a huge argument with Stacey, Jean arrives at Harvey and Rocky’s – she’s moving in with them and Stacey is dead to her.
Stacey later tries to explain to Harvey how Jean’s current behaviour is evidence that she’s experiencing a manic episode.
Harvey suggests to Jean to get out of London and she insists on leaving now and not waiting
Jean, who suffers from bipolar, shared her first kiss with Harvey last month.
Stacey was left concerned last month when her mum pulled a sickie to go on a date with her new man.
She told Kat Moon (Jessie Wallace) and Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) that she feels like something’s wrong with Jean, but is told that she’s just overreacting.
Stacey tried to get in contact with Jean unsuccessfully but she suddenly turned up at the cafe with Harvey, insisting that she’s fine.
Jean’s good day is then ruined when she gets a call for the doctor, who was sneakily called by Stacey.
Stacey was left gobsmacked when Jean lashed out at her for messing in her personal business and calling the doctor without her permission.
Fans will have to wait and see if Jean decides to leave Albert Square with Harvey.
EastEnders airs Monday to Thursday on BBC One at 7.30pm
