Hollyoaks star Jennifer Armour is best known for playing scheming Wendy Blissett on Channel 4’s Hollyoaks.
Viewers recently saw Wendy return to the village, deciding to exploit John-Paul McQueen’s accident to her advantage.
Her character is also seen working with Silas Blisset to turn Mercedes McQueen’ son Bobby Costello against the family.
But fans may be shocked to learn that when actress Jennifer, 36, is not playing one of soap’s biggest villain’s, she has a successful second job and even a famous husband.
The American-born star has built a second career as a successful voiceover artist, having voiced numerous popular video games.
Fans may recognise her voice from PlayStation 4 action-adventure game Hidden Agenda, or Sony’s action role-play game, Horizon Forbidden West.
She also featured in Lego: The Incredibles, and action shooter video game Star Wars Battlefront II.
When she’s not lighting up our screens with her on Hollyoaks or voicing video games, Jennifer has also had success in the movie business, starring in Czech 3D horror film, Ghoul.
The film focusses on an American film crew who goes to Ukraine to investigate stories of widespread cannibalism, only to summon the spirit of a notorious serial killer and cannibal.
Behind the scenes, the multi-talented star shares the spotlight with her famous husband of six years, James Dutton.
James played Captain F. J. Roberts in the world premiere of The Wipers Times at the Watermill Theatre.
The production was so successful it was eventually transferred to the West End and opened at the Arts Theatre in 2017.
Jennifer is set to meet a bitter end to her stint on Hollyoaks in the coming weeks with the show’s new trailer confirming that she dies in upcoming scenes.
The village’s resident schemer has made it her mission to destroy Mercedes, working with her dad Silas in the hopes of getting Bobby to themselves.
Her plan has succeeded so far, with Bobby believing that Mercedes doesn’t want anything to do with him, unaware that he’s being played by Wendy.
Sally St Claire, however, catches Wendy out later this week, after overhearing her on the phone to Silas.
The Summer trailer previews various scenes as Wendy goes out of her way to get Sally to keep quiet.
Speaking of the role, Mercedes actress Jennifer Metcalfe told Metro: “Wendy is prepared to go as far as she needs to.
“I think she didn’t think she would be asked to do anything too horrendous, but she starts to realise she might have to cross over her own boundaries.”
Hollyoaks airs Monday to Friday on Channel 4 at 6.30pm followed by first look episodes on E4 at 7pm
