Actor Devin Ratray is reportedly being investigated over a rape allegation which was reported in 2017.
The movie star 45, famously played Buzz McCallister in the Home Alone franchise.

It is reported that the police did not investigate further when the report was filed as they thought she did not want to continue with the charges against the actor.
The woman has told CNN that she was “devastated” the allegation was not investigated.
She also gave details about the alleged event and said that she had known Ratray before the incident.
The woman said that she, her brother and a friend met the Home Alone actor for a drink before the group headed back to his apartment, where Smith claims she was drugged after she was given a drink that Devin had made.
According to CNN, she said: “I remember waking up and I couldn’t move. I couldn’t really open my eyes, but I could hear what was happening and I could feel what was happening. I knew that the other two people were gone and I was still on the couch.”
PEOPLE requested a comment from the New York City Police Department and the publication was sent a statement.
It read: “The NYPD takes sexual assault and rape cases extremely seriously and urges anyone who has been a victim to file a police report so we can perform a comprehensive investigation, and offer support and services to survivors.”
According to CNN, Ratray has denied the allegations during a phone call with the news channel.
The child star was previously arrested last year after he allegedly tried to strangle his girlfriend at the time, which led him to be charged with “one count of domestic assault and battery by strangulation and another count of domestic assault and battery”.
Ratray pleaded not guilty and CNN has reported that the actor is expected to be seen in court this October.
