Strictly’s James Jordan has swooned over his wife, Ola Jordan, following her huge weight loss after launching their joint venture Dance Shred.
The 44-year-old former Celebrity Big Brother star has publicly gushed over his wife on social media after she shed three and a half stone.
Taking to Instagram to share a video clip showcasing Ola’s transformation, James couldn’t help but express his pride.

In the video, which showcased a before and an after snap, Ola could be seen looking very different in two photos.

The first snap saw Ola donning a green bikini prior to shedding weight, and the second saw her donning the same two piece but looking much slimmer and toned.
He wrote: “Have to admit am a bit proud of the wife,” alongside a starry-eyed emoji.
James went on: “She’s lost 3 & 1/2 Stone in 4 months (not 4 seconds to be clear).

“Of course she was dancing and training with me so clearly it’s all thanks to me. Full disclosure – I’ve also dropped a few pounds too.”
Before he promoted the couple’s new weight loss programme.
Fans were quick to join in with James’ swooning, with one writing: “Just fabulous!”
And another saying: “She looks amazing! Well done!”
While others were dubious in the comments section though, with one writing: “Unfortunately I see this as a very unhealthy expectation to lose so much weight in such a short amount of time.”

And a second penned: “Honestly be proud of the heavier weights. Be healthy and happy. Not tortured and thin.”
This comes after James previously shared a snap of the couple in the summer while they were “at their heaviest” weights – prior to the launch of their fitness programme.
He previously admitted: “It’s the reason that original picture got posted – to give us the wake up call we needed to get our @$$’s in gear!”
