Kanye West has been suspended on Twitter by Elon Musk.
The American rapper, 45, who recently claimed ex-wife Kim Kardashian cheated on him with an NBA player, has had his account temporarily removed on Friday (December 2) as he violated a rule “against incitement to violence.”
“I tried my best. Despite that, he again violated our rule against incitement to violence. Account will be suspended,” Elon replied to a tweet which read: “ELON FIX KANYE PLEASE”.

It comes after the rapper posted a series of controversial tweets, including supposed texts between himself and Twitter CEO Elon, with whom he took direct aim, among other things.
Kanye – who legally goes by Ye – tweeted: “Let’s always remember this as my final tweet #ye24,” and attached a picture of Elon getting splashed with water from behind as he stood at a yacht’s staircase.
Ye also tweeted praise and support for Balenciaga following the recent backlash against the company.
The dad-of-four also posted a picture of a swastika merged with a Star of David within the surge of controversial tweets.
Moments before Ye’s immediate suspension, the rapper allegedly exposed texts from Elon which read: “Sorry, but you have gone too far. This is not love.”
To which he responded: “Who made you the judge?”

Just a couple of minutes before being suspended, Ye also tweeted: “Well everyone We had a nice run Jesus is King.”
Among his final tweets, Ye claimed his ex-wife Kim Kardashian “cheated” on him with NBA star Chris Paul.
He tweeted a picture portrait of basketball player Chris, who plays for the Phoenix Suns, and said he “caught this guy” with his former wife.
The rapper’s tweet read: “Let’s break one last window before we get outa here. I caught this guy with Kim Good night.”
Fans were unimpressed with the accusation against the Skims founder, with one fan commenting: “Some things should be dealt with in private.”
Ye’s recent outburst and Twitter suspension comes a few days after his divorce with Kim had been finalised.
The pair will have joint custody with “equal access” to their four children – North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.
Kim will also receive £200,000 each month in child support from the rapper.
