Love Island's Amy Hart teases new TV stint whilst donning sizzling two piece bikini

Former Love Island star Amy Hart has revealed her upcoming TV stint will see her tackle conversations around body positivity.

In an Instagram post to her 1.1m followers, the former Love Islander, who appeared on the show in 2019, expressed that her next project will have her tackle body issues.

In the announcement, the 28-year-old influencer posted a glamorous bikini snap of her on the beach as she posed while soaking up the sun.

In the snap, a confident-looking Amy could be seen donning an orange bikini and a pair of sunnies while she penned: “Loving the body, you have not the body you want!”

In her lengthy caption for the announcement, the Love Island alum opened up about her experience with her body goals and her definition of what body positivity means to her.

She started with: “WHAT DOES BODY POSITIVITY MEAN TO YOU? I’m working on a TV project all about body positivity and loving the body you have not the body you want!

“But…. I’m continuing to work with my PT and am on a 14 day back to basics meal plan. How can I do legitimately do both? My MINDSET has changed. I now (with the help of you guys) love and am grateful for my body and what it allows me to do.”

The influencer went on to add that she now has a healthier relationship with working out as she no longer sees it as a punishment.

She added: “Before, I would use exercise and healthy eating as a ‘punishment’ because my legs were too big or my stomach wasn’t toned enough. Now I see it as a reward.”

The beauty model wrapped up the caption by thanking her followers and encouraging others to be kinder to themselves before asking about their definition of body positivity.

After posting the refreshing snap on social media, some of Amy’s Love Island pals and inspired followers complimented her for the stimulating post.

A third wrote: “So refreshing.”

Amy sensationally quit Love Island 2019 when professional dancer Curtis Pritchard brutally dumped her.

Her career has soared and she more recently appeared on Celebs Go Dating in 2020.
