Meghan Markle revealed as the inspiration behind Serbia's Eurovision entry

Meghan Markle inspired the unusual pop song, by the Serbian artist who has landed a space at The Eurovision Song Contest in Turin, Italy which will kick off on Tuesday 10 May and finish on Saturday 14 May.

Konstrakta has dedicated the song to Meghan Markle’s hair, naming the song In Corpore Sano.

The singer asks Meghan about her secret to her “healthy hair” in her strange new single which she will perform live in Turin.

In the bizarre video, Konstrakta ponders: “What is the secret behind Meghan Markle’s healthy hair?”

While the star sings in Serbian, it translates to: “What could be the secret? I think the secret is the deep hydration. As they say, one’s skin and hair reveal everything.”

In the video, the dark-haired singer then goes on to slather her hands in a soapy lotion from a large bucket in front of her as dancers stand around her in the shadows watching.

She continues to rub in the soapy substance while listing what different physical symptoms point to which physical ailment or health condition. Konstrakta sings: “The heart beats on its own, I put my trust in it, that it beats on its own.”

A man standing next to her rinses her hands with a jug of water, and she begins to sing: “God give me health,” as the backing dancers start jumping up and down waving a handkerchief in the air.

She wears what looks like a spa therapist uniform with carnations tucked into her pocket.

Meghan Markle’s fabulous hair has always been a talking point, as she showcased thick flowing dark locks in recent months.

Celebrity hairstylist George Northwood told the Telegraph that he has never applied extensions to Meghan’s hair.

He said: “She’s making a statement with hair that long – it represents strength and a sense that she’s really got everything sorted. This straighter, longer hairstyle marks a new chapter in her life without such strict protocols.”

In her blog The Tig, which was disbanded, Meghan often raved about her favourite hair care products. Meghan wrote about the Kerastase Oleo-Relax range. Meghan then smooths her hair with Wella Professionals Luminous Smoothing Oil.

A naturally curly beauty, Meghan invests in keratin straightening treatments and is a fan of big blow-outs.
