Top Gear host Paddy McGuinness is throwing himself into work after his love split pain with a secret new TV project.
The Bolton funnyman put his domestic woes behind him yesterday when he chatted to fans at the airport in Johannesburg, South Africa.
He told them he had been in the country working on an “exciting” new show.

Paddy, 49, posed happily for photos at OR Tambo International before boarding a flight back to the UK.
Writing on Instagram, he said: “Had an amazing few days in South Africa. Working on something really exciting but what a treat to see some wildlife out there.”
He shared a clip of two wild horses rolling around on a deserted beach, adding: “Giraffes, Monkeys, Hippos and these couple of chancers living their best life.”
The telly star had previously posted shots of himself filming near the beach town of Mpekweni on the Sunshine Coast.
He also shared photos of antelopes, giraffes and monkeys in the lush South African countryside.
Paddy has been spending his down time on the trip playing tennis – and at one point revealed he was joined by a cheeky monkey climbing out of a bin.
He wrote: “We never played it at [school], always thought it was a sport for posh folk? I was wrong.
“So wish I’d have started sooner! Deffo going to get some lessons and a decent racket!”
The luxury getaway marks a drastic change for Paddy, who revealed last month he was staying in a camper van.
It was unclear whether this was part of his Top Gear duties or since his split with model wife Christine, 34.
The parents of three broke up this summer after 15 years together and told how it had been a “difficult decision.”
They vowed to live under the same roof at their seven-bed Cheshire mansion for the sake of their children.
In a statement, issued earlier this year, the former couple said: “We hadn’t planned on sharing this publicly until we were ready but after the lack of privacy surrounding our personal life, we feel left with no other option but to clarify.

“A while ago we took the difficult decision to separate but our main focus as always is to continue loving and supporting our children. This was not an easy decision to make, but we’re moving forward as the best parents we can be for our three beautiful children.
“We’ll always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship and still live happily in our family home together.”
