Love Island and former Playboy star Hannah Elizabeth has showcased her brand new look after undergoing a series of cosmetic procedures.
The 32 year old blonde bombshell took to Instagram to share a photo and video of herself post op, after receiving the Bratz Doll package at Comfort Zone Surgery in Istanbul Turkey.
The surgical package includes ‘fox eyes’ lift, cheek lift, lateral blepharoplasty and a lip lift.

On Tuesday (November 15), Hannah shared a video on her Instagram story to update fans of her progress.

Looking directly into the camera with surgical plasters on her face and forehead, she said: “So guys, I just wanted to come on an update you on my surgery. So my results are looking amazing, I’m still really bruised.
“I’m still swollen but, love it!”
Last week, the reality star posed elegantly in an Instagram snap and wrote: “Day 3 post op. Couldn’t be happier with my results. thank you everyone [at Serene Cosmetics] amazing journey so far.”
Heading over to the comment section, fans shared their thoughts while wishing her well.
One follower wrote: “I know you probably hear s**t all day, but I think you are amazing, a lot of love from here. You only have one life, live it, enjoy it.”

Meanwhile another said: “Only you can look sexy and beautiful still after only day 3 post-op.”
Hannah has gone under the knife a few times this year and recently underwent breast enlargement surgery, 14 years after initially getting her implants done.
Posting a photo wearing a supportive bra with her fans online, she joked: “Go big or go home.

“I’m blown away, I couldn’t be happier,” she added.
But despite receiving an array of positive messages from her supporters, the glamour model was forced to defend her cosmetic work after she was targeted by trolls.
After discussing her procedures with her fans online, Hannah jumped back on to her platform and said: “Sick of messages from vile, bitter women. Honestly, it’s disgusting.

“It stinks of nothing but bitterness and jealously, so please don’t comment on what I do with MY BODY. I’m a 32-year-old woman, not a young child.”
She continued: “Blows my mind how many women comment in the DMs yet wouldn’t dream of coming up to me in the street to comment,” she added.
“My body, my face, and if I do say so myself, I’ve always done things nice to suit me. I can’t win.”
