Tom Parker's wife Kelsey pays tear-jerking tribute to The Wanted star after his death

Following his death from brain cancer aged 33, The Wanted singer Tom Parker has been celebrated by his wife Kelsey Hardwick.

Tom tragically died two years after being diagnosed with a brain tumour, and Kelsey shared some funny voice notes from friends on her Instagram Story.

In them Tom encourages her to follow her dancing dream.

Along with a string of pictures, Tom and Kelsey’s friend posted two short voice notes, with the person replying with loads of laughing emojis before adding: “Hahahahahaaha that’s fully cracked me up thank you.”

Kelsey shared the post to her own story, captioning it: “This is Tom Parker everyone, he changed so many lives in such a small amount of time. Tom Parker I f***ing love you. Such a legend.”

The couple have two young children

“Just the fact that he would send messages like this, I mean can you imagine the messages I got.”

Kelsey confirmed Tom’s sad passing in a beautiful tribute to her husband yesterday.

“It is with the heaviest of hearts that we confirm Tom passed away peacefully earlier today with all of his family by his side. Our hearts are broken, Tom was the centre of our world and we can’t imagine life without his infectious smile and energetic presence,” she said.

Tom’s cheeky side was shown in Kelsey’s post

“We are truly thankful for the outpouring of love and support and ask that we all unite to ensure Tom’s light continues to shine for his beautiful children. Thank you to everyone who has supported in his care throughout, he fought until the very end.”

“I’m forever proud of you,” she added in the sweet message.

Kelsey was flooded with supportive messages from people touched by her loss and inspired by Tom.

Tom was able to tour again with The Wanted last year
