Ulrika Jonsson admits that sex with young men is “electrifying” and has improved her stamina in the bedroom.
The 54-year-old former Gladiators star took her column in The Sun to express the details of her raunchy nighttime activities.
She revealed that she enjoys having sex with toyboy hunks but confesses to having an age limit.
The mother-of-four, who divorced her third husband in 2008, expressed that she prefers engaging in bedroom shenanigans with younger men as there’s more “variety”.
She penned: “Younger men come with a bit more invention, a bit more variety and openness. There is often a greater stamina to contend with too.”

She added: “Most young men have not had the chance to get to that stage yet, so their tank is still full and their imagination is going at full throttle.”
The blonde beauty expressed that a younger fella’s energy and passion can be electrifying for mature ladies.
She told readers: “That can be electrifying for a woman over 50 who thought her life might be more or less over.”

Ulrika, who has previously admitted to dating a younger man, admitted that she plans to just “go with the flow” following her many failed relationships.
Her latest bombshell revelation comes weeks after she expressed that she hasn’t ruled out a potential threesome in the near future.
She penned: “For this old bird, I think I’d just stick to two in a relationship. Sometimes three is just a messy, emotional, damaging crowd. Having said that, never say never.”

The TV star has been married three times. She tied the knot with cameraman John Turnball in 1990 and divorced five years later.
After a few relationships, she married Lance Gerrard-Wright in 2003 and the couple later divorced in October 2006.
Two years later, Ulrika and Brian Monet married and stayed together until their split in 2019.
Ulrika is a mum to Cameron, 27, Bo, 22, Martha, 17, and 13-year-old Malcolm.
