BBC hunk Gethin Jones ‘dating’ First Dates beauty after enjoying West End show

BBC TV personality Gethin Jones is said to be dating a fellow TV star as they took on the town.

The Morning Live presenter, 45, was seen walking through London’s West End alongside First Dates star Cici Coleman on Wednesday night (August 9).

Coleman, who appears on the Channel 4 romance show as a waitress, was papped with the Welshman as they strolled through the iconic theatre district of the capital.

According to The Sun, the pair were “joined at the hip” whilst they watched pal Frankie Bridge acting in 2:22 A Ghost Story.

After the show which took place at the legendary Apollo Theatre, the duo had a number of drinks together, before hitting the town after the performance.

The pair were later caught together whilst off to the high-profile celeb hangout The Groucho Club to keep the night going.

Speaking to the newspaper, a source confirmed the romance, claiming: “They’ve grown close and have been spending time together.”

Gethin has had a string of other high-profile babes as his partner.

The former Blue Peter presenter was well-known to be engaged to opera star and fellow Welshwoman Katherine Jenkins.

But after getting together in 2007 and spending four years together, things soon went south for the pair – who ended their relationship at the end of 2011.

Jones has also been linked to former TOWIE star Lucy Mecklenburgh, although their relationship was not said to last long.

Both Gethin and Cici’s agents have refused to comment on the allegations.

But speaking about dating previously, the hunky Welshman said he was a traditionalist when it came to finding love.

Talking to comedian Russell Kane on his podcast, Gethin said: “I’m quite old fashioned, I think the small chivalrous things are quite important. I’ll open the door for a lady.”

Cici, who also works as a life coach, agreed, adding: “I really appreciate the gesture of someone paying the bill on the first date.”
