Beyoncé has been left “pretty disappointed” by the nasty comments made about her 11-year-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter.
The Crazy In Love hitmaker has recently finished her Renaissance World Tour where she invited Blue Ivy on stage with on several occasions to perform to her adoring fans. The oldest child of Beyoncé and Jay-Z joined her mum during My Power and Black Parade, leading some choreography with a group of dancers.
Blue made her first appearance during a gig in Paris back in May and was met with scrutiny online. Evil trolls targeted the youngster as they claimed that she couldn’t dance and wasn’t following in the footstep’s of her superstar mother.

Beyoncé addresses the situation in her Renaissance Tour movie, which premiered in London this week. In the movie, the pop sensation admits she had doubts when Blue Ivy asked if she could her on stage. She recalls: “She told me she was ready to perform, and I told her no.” However. she had a change of heart and let her daughter show off her incredible moves to the world.

The Single Ladies singer was left horrified when Blue Ivy not ended up being the victim of online abuse but also read them online. Beyoncé says: “I was pretty disappointed that she had access to them.” Blue explains in the film: “I mean, there were lots of negative things that people had to say, but I could see that the more I do, the better I become.”

Matthew Knowles, Beyoncé’s dad, adds: “That’s when Blue Ivy started practicing and practicing. Basically saying, ‘I’ll show you’. That’s a Knowles right there.” Blue continues: “From now on, I’m just going to get better and better from where I am now. And on the last show, I’ll be dancing as hard as I possibly can.” Prod mum Beyoncé says: “Blue is fearless but I think what I love he most is she became fearless, and I can see the confidence and her trusting herself more and more.”

She continues: “My Power is the perfect song, and the lyrics – even that war chant: ‘That’s my bloodline ready for war, baby, let’s go!’. Blue comes up fighting against all of the negativity that was put on her just because she was our kid. She was ready to take back her power.” While fans are glad Blue didn’t take the vile comments to heart, they are saddened that anybody would target a child. Taking to social media, one film viewer said: “Everyone who made negative comments should be ashamed, she’s a kid.” Another agreed: “You got to be the most miserable person to say anything bad about a child.” Someone else said: “People were so mean she is just a kid.”
