Disney star Cole Sprouse lost his virginity at 14 in ’20-second’ sexual encounter

Disney alum Cole Sprouse has confessed to losing his virginity at 14 in a “cringey” 20-second encounter.

The Suite Life of Zack and Cody actor dished to the Call Her Daddy podcast with host Alex Cooper that his first time was with a girl who was older than he was – and he still had the iconic bowl cut.

Cole said he regrets how it all went down because he didn’t make it “special”.

“I was 14 when I lost my virginity, so this is still bowl cut guy, right,” he said.

“I was on a family trip in Florida, and I met this girl who was older, so that’s already dubious.

“The first night we kind of made out, the second night – this makes me nervous, it’s so cringey – I, like, knocked on her hotel door.

“I finally mustered up enough courage to deliver a line that my brother [Dylan Sprouse] has never, ever let [me live] down.”

Cole didn’t hold back when it came to revealing those very words.

He went on: “I looked at her, and I was like, ‘So, are you like DTF?’ She goes, ‘What?’ And I go, ‘You know, down to f**k?’ I was 14.”

The girl in question said she was down for it, and Cole texted his brother and their pal to chuck them out of the shared hotel room for the night.

He confessed: “We were all staying in the same hotel room because we were f**king 14. I was like, ‘Dude, you gotta get out of the room, man. I’ve got a girl coming over’.

“We’re walking down the hall. I got my arm around this girl. I see my brother and Charlie.

“As we pass each other, my brother looks at me and goes, ‘What the f**k are we supposed to do?’ I looked at him, and I said another line that he’s never forgiven me for. I was like, ‘I dunno, go play chess or something.’”

Cole confessed the encounter “lasted about 20 seconds” and confirmed he never saw the girl again afterwards.

He giggled: “It’s so cringey, but it’s incredible. I look back now, and it’s so funny.”

It comes after fans slated the 30-year-old actor for “humiliating” his ex-girlfriend Lili Reinhart after airing private details of their split on the show.

The pair started dating back in 2017 when they met on set of Riverdale, but called it quits in 2020.

He said on the show: “I think if I had loved myself a little more, I probably would have left [her] a little earlier.”
