Ellie Goulding has addressed claims she slept with Niall Horan, while apparently dating his close pal Ed Sheeran back in 2013.
The Anything Could Happen, songstress, initially sparked speculation she and Ed had become an item in 2013 after they were snapped holding hands with one another at the MTV VMAs.
However, their relationship was later hit with rumours that she and former One Direction heartthrob Niall Horan had secret Rendevous in the same hotel Ed was staying in – and even on the same floor.

The rumours came about after Ed released his 2014 hit, Don’t, which featured lyrics including: “But you didn’t need to take him to bed, that’s all and I never saw him as a threat (Get lost), until you disappeared with him to have sex, of course.
“It’s not like we were both on tour, we were staying on the same hotel floor.”
Ellie, 36, has now responded to claims on TikTok after one fan penned: “Can’t believe you cheated on Ed with Niall but slay.”
“False!!!! But also slay,” quipped Ellie, putting the decade-long speculation to bed.
At the time of rumours suggesting she and Ed were an item, Ellie who often remains private took to social media hitting out, writing: “I love that holding hands with my friends means we’re an item.
“In that case, I am in many relationships. Lover not a hater. #whatthef**k.”
But Ed had other ideas, telling the US radio show Clock 98.9: “I mean, normal people don’t hold hands if they’re just friends.”
But while he refused to identify the person Don’t is about, he added: “Don’t is just a song that’s close to the bone and definitely opened up a door that I probably shouldn’t have opened up.
“I just won’t say who it’s about because… I mean everyone, everyone f***ing knows anyway but like I just won’t say who it’s about cause it’s quite a negative song.”
Ellie, however, has confirmed a brief romance with the Irish heartthrob, telling Elle magazine: “I did go on a few dates with Niall, but I was never in a relationship with Ed [Sheeran].
“I have absolutely no idea where that came from and why it was turned into such a big thing. I find it so frustrating that female musicians are constantly defined by the men they have or haven’t dated, it’s something I’ve talked about with Taylor (Swift) a lot.”
