Christina then asked if her sister could see the hangnail on her toe and moaned that she “could never reach it” because her pregnant stomach was too big.

Jessica then asked: “The hangnail? Do you have toenail clippers?”

Her next move left Extreme Sisters fans with their jaws on the floor as she bent over and put Jessica’s foot in her mouth.

She began to gnaw on her sibling’s toe and complained that the hangnail was “so deep in there” as she tried to chew.

Jessica then ripped the nail off with her mouth and proudly looked at her sister before she turned to the side and spat it out.

Christina then thanked her sister as she giggled to herself and Jessica joked that Christina was “going to pay her back when she gets pregnant”.

Fans flocked to TLC’s Instagram page to comment on the strange scene and many viewers were horrified by what they saw.
