“Right, I’ve just had my first Pumpkin Spiced Latte,” she confessed on the newsletter.

“Admittedly it was an iced one, but it didn’t feel at all weird! I’m already excited for the seasons changing”.

She added that she had been wanting to feel more ‘cosy’, saying that: “My body is being drawn to these warmer, cosier things because it knows inherently what to do.

“So, I’m going to surrender to this natural rhythm and not feel any guilt for being drawn to a pumpkin coffee in August. Cheers!”

Holly has been turning to her spirituality more in recent months, detailing her candle rituals on the Wylde Moon Instagram page.

Wearing a bright white summery frock, the presenter posed alongside candles and diffusers in a series of snaps uploaded to the account.

Captioning the post, Holly wrote that she uses candles to help her sleep, adding that the little flicker of light gives her time “to think about the things that I’ve achieved that day and let go of all the things that might stop me from sleeping”.

She added that by blowing out the candle’s flame, the day can be done and that new opportunities can be taken tomorrow.

In an interview segment on the show, Holly said that it was “a dream come true” to make her acting debut on the show.

She had joked that she had had a “weighty script”, and also confessed that with just minutes to go until the shoot ended, she had fallen over on set.
