Myleene Klass says the secret behind her age-defying physique displayed on I’m A Celeb is skipping.
The singer and presenter, 45, says no other exercise can beat the activity, usually associated with childhood playgrounds and boxers.
Mum-of-three Myleene went back into the jungle this year and became the first winner of I’m A Celebrity… South Africa.

She told Top Sante magazine: “I did a lot of skipping before entering the jungle.
“It’s my thing and I really don’t think there’s any exercise that can beat it because it’s an amazing full body workout.
“The irony of going into the jungle a second time was that I wasn’t being compared to anyone else.
“I was being compared to myself 17 years ago, and that’s an unusual situation.”
She first appeared on the show in 2006 and said she owes her younger self a lot of gratitude for getting her to where she is now.
Myleene was in her late 20s when she first went onto the survival reality TV show, and provided one of the programme’s iconic photos by showering in a white bikini.
She added: “I owe my younger self a huge debt of gratitude for paving the way for me in my 40s.”
Myleene has always been active, and said: “My family and I love being outdoors and we’re always playing cricket and tennis, or walking, running, skipping and roller skating – honestly, the more I’m talking about it, the more I’m thinking we really don’t stop!”
She said she has a “family inclusive” approach to exercise, adding: “I’ve just proved in the jungle that it works because I beat British sporting legends who were a foot taller than me, bigger than me, and supposedly ‘stronger’ than me.
“It just goes to show that your mind has to be in the right place to then get your body in the right place.”
