Jennifer Lawrence got ‘really drunk’ before ‘bizarre’ sex scene with married co-star

Jennifer Lawrence may be happy getting her kit off on screen but that hasn’t always been the case as she admitted that she got “really, really drunk” for her “bizarre” first sex scene.

The Oscar-winning actress has sent the internet into a frenzy since she unveiled her first fully nude scene in new flick No Hard Feelings on Wednesday (June 21).

And while racy Jen said that she “didn’t even have a second thought” about baring all, this isn’t the first time the 32-year-old has got frisky on the silver screen.

In the earlier days of her career, she definitely wasn’t as comfortable with the process as she is now.

If you cast your eye back to 2016, the Kentucky native shot her first “real” sex scene with co-star Chris Pratt in space adventure movie, Passengers.

But contrary to her new nude exploits, being relaxed and self-assured about stripping down for film buffs, bonking on the big screen for the first time felt “bizarre”, Jennifer said.

“I had my first real sex scene a couple weeks ago, and it was really bizarre. It was really weird”, she told the Hollywood reporter in a November 2015 interview.

When pushed for whether “real” meant “penetration”, the star denied it and said that “everything was done right”.

And to prepare for the on-screen romp, Jennifer admitted that she hit the sauce.

“I got really, really drunk. But then that led to more anxiety when I got home because I was like, ‘What have I done? I don’t know’”, she revealed.

Another area that made the Hunger Games star feel awkward was the fact that Chris Pratt was a married man.

Jennifer added: “It was going to be my first time kissing a married man, and guilt is the worst feeling in your stomach. And I knew it was my job, but I couldn’t tell my stomach that.”

The Hollywood star is now more au fait with being stark naked, and seems lightyears away from the moment she described as the “most vulnerable I’ve ever been”.
