Katie Price has once again been spotted using a disabled parking badge without her son, Harvey, being present – an action that previously landed the former model in hot water.
However, the badge may be Katie’s own, after suffering a horrific fall in Turkey that left her “forever disabled”.
On Monday, May 22, the 45-year-old was spotted out for a birthday meal in Brighton with her family, using a blue disabled badge to allow boyfriend, Carl Woods, to park in a disabled space.

Also present at the meal were some of Katie’s children: Jet, Bunny, Princess, and Princess’ boyfriend, but not Harvey.
Katie was seen wearing luxury brand END.’s “FEAR OF GOD ESSENTIALS” tracksuit in light beige as she held hands with her children on the streets of Brighton.
In 2016, the TV personality was papped risking an £1000 fine after appearing to use Harvey’s blue badge whilst at a tanning salon, despite her son’s absence.
Harvey, 21, was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition called Prader-Willi syndrome, as well as autism, ADHD, and blindness, leading to his eligibility for a blue disabled badge.
The UK government’s website explains the risks of using a misusing a blue badge, writing: “It is a criminal offence for you or anyone else to misuse a blue badge.
“You must never copy the badge, try to alter the details, or continue to display the badge when you no longer need it.
“Misusing a badge could lead to prosecution and a fine of up to £1,000.”
However, the blue badge pictured in Carl’s black INFINITI is displayed as valid from December 14, 2022 – not too long after Katie spoke to the media about her own disability.
In February 2021, the former page 3 star told The Sun her fears of being “crippled for life” after falling from a 25-foot wall during a family holiday in Turkey.
She explained that the incident led to extreme pain, and her ultimately being registered disabled.
The beauty queen explained she was given “letters from the doctors to certify [her] for a blue badge, which [she’d] sent off for”.
She added: “I have to park near the entrances to shops all the time, otherwise it would cripple me to walk from the back of a car park to a shop and back again.”
