Kaz Crossley begs fans to stop trolling Theo Campbell after white powder video comment

Former Love Island contestant Kaz Crossley has begged fans to “stop sending abuse” to her ex Theo Campbell.

The 27-year-old took to her Instagram Stories to clarify that Theo wasn’t the ex-flame that filmed and leaked the white powder video to the press.

She wrote: “It wasn’t Theo! We are friends now and just filmed a show together, please stop sending him abuse.

“It was a relationship that I kept private,” Kaz clarified before adding: “Thank you for all the love on my recent video. Love you all x.”

Kaz’s message comes after she revealed that it was an ex that she dated for a year that filmed and leaked the video of her snorting a suspicious white powder that led to her stint in a Dubai jail.

In the candid video, she told fans: “The video wasn’t taken by my friend, it was taken by an ex, I didn’t know he had this video when we broke up.

“He released it online maliciously with the intent of ruining my career and it definitely did what he intended, not only that, it completely ruined my mental health,” Kaz confessed.

Fans immediately thought Kaz was speaking about her relationship with Theo, whom she dated back in 2019 in a short-lived whirlwind romance.

The pair starred on MTV’s reality TV show Celebrity Ex on the Beach alongside TV stars James Lock and Megan Barton Hanson, in an attempt to mend their relationship.

Speaking about why he came to see Kaz on the show, Theo said: “Me and Kaz broke up because she changed her mind overnight apparently.

“I want to know why. That’s why I’m here,” he said at the time.

When asked about their relationship shortly after their breakup in 2020, Theo told FUBAR radio: “It’s a tricky hard world. I feel like with us, I kinda gave it my everything and it feels a bit under-appreciated. It’s a bit crazy at the moment.

“Before Kaz I hadn’t had a girlfriend for five years, and I always said, especially coming off Love Island, that’s why I never got with any of the other Love Island girls and nothing like that. I was like they’re too mentally unstable! They’re too all over the place!”
