Lady Gaga confessed she “never actually enjoyed sex” until one special romp changed everything.
The Poker Face songstress might seem totally in control of her sexuality now – even pushing for a “hot” sex scene with her House of Gucci co-star Salma Hayek, and stripping off with Adam Driver – but it wasn’t always that easy.
Now an unearthed interview from 2011 revealed that Gaga – just 24 years old at the time – didn’t enjoy sex until she felt “free to trust”.

She explained that she had an “absolutely terrible” experience when losing her virginity at 17, telling Grazia: “It wasn’t good at all.
“I never actually enjoyed sex until two years ago. It was a proper monogamous relationship in which I felt free to trust and I had enough self love.”
The star went on: “I have always asked a guy to be tested and to use protection. Otherwise you’re playing Russian Roulette.”
She started enjoying romping with her then-boyfriend Luc Carl.
Adding: “Sex is the ultimate expression of vulnerability and for me it was important to know that it was a proper relationship so it was sex as a source of love and nothing else.”
More than a decade later, Gaga is in her element when it comes to romping, and admitted she pushed for a “hot” sex scene with Salma Hayek.
The Rain On Me songstress said the scene with Salma’s character Guiseppina ‘Pina’ Auriemma was eventually cut from the final edit, telling fans: “There is a whole side of this film that you did not see where Pina and I developed a sexual relationship. Okay, yeah, director’s cut, who knows.

“This is a testament to [Ridley Scott] as a director because he allowed us to go there and I remember being on set with Salma and going, ‘So after Maurizio dies maybe it gets hot’.”
Meanwhile, the sex scenes with Adam Driver did make it into the film, with the Star Wars icon admitting: “We were feeling it! Everything I say sounds like a double entendre, but we winged it.
“I will say also, at that point we had been shooting for a month, so we felt very comfortable to kind of, go where we needed to go.”
