Liam Gallagher has left his followers fuming after the Oasis star “got their hopes up” by sharing a rather disappointing announcement.
It’s fair to say the Northern rocker, 50 has amassed a loyal legion of fans throughout his 20+ years in the business.
Many of which are keen for Liam to reunite with older brother Noel, 56 to get their rock band Oasis back together.

And on Wednesday (June 28) fans thought that the two brothers has finally put their differences aside after Liam revealed he was making a “biblical” announcement later on.
The Iconic band, famous for hits like Wonderwall and Don’t Look Back In Anger, famously split in 2009 after Liam publicly fell out with Noel following a huge rift.
Since then, the pair have both spoken about each other separately and their dislike for each other seems as rife as ever.
Taking to his Twitter on Wednesday, Liam informed fans about a “biblical” announcement was going to issue later in the day.
He wrote: “Beautiful people where the hell have I been answers on a wotsit anyways f*ck all that curious killed the tw*t malarky I’m back with some BIBLICAL news 10am Humongous announcement MCFC TREBLE WINNERS LG x.”
Fans straight away flooded the reply section, with many wondering if an Oasis reunion was on the cards.
One person penned: “Get the band back together champ,” while someone else mused: “Oasis reunion?”
A third chimed in and said: “Can you announce an Oasis reunion so we can all die happy please and thank you, as you were.”
But unfortunately for fans, Liam’s announcement had nothing to do with his feuding brother and former band.
Later on, he wrote on Twitter: “KOKO 23,” along with a picture that revealed he was hosting an album launch party in London.
As expected, Liam’s followers were not happy, with one person raging: “Hardly a huge announcement.”
Someone else agreed and penned: “Surely that’s not the announcement?? Gutted, even new music would’ve been more exciting.”
“Is that it!?” fumed a third follower, as another person wrote: “We clowned so hard.”
Echoing their thoughts, a fifth said: “Well I got my hopes up for an oasis reunion.”
