Loose Women’s star Linda Robson has revealed that she was once “envious” of her former co-star Pauline Quirke.
During Friday afternoon’s show (April 28), Christine McGuinness questioned the panel on whether jealousy in relationships was ever a good thing.
Kicking off the discussion, Linda shed light on her friendship with her Birds of a Feather co-star Pauline and how she became “envious” that she was being offered more serious roles.
But although Linda had previously denied that there was a feud between them she openly admitted that she wanted a “little bit” of her success.
She said: “So I’ve never really been jealous of Pauline Quirk but I used to be envious of all the roles she got like dramas and everything.
“I used to think ‘lovely, I’m really pleased for you but I would love to do some drama role as well.”‘
She added: “But now I am doing drama roles, so I don’t have to be envious any more do!”
